Amazing Cabin Duck Lake Vacation Rental

An amazing cabin, everyone in our party loved it. Such a peaceful and quiet setting. Having our suppers on the deck was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The owners are excellent, they make sure that you have everything you will need. One of the best places we have ever stayed at, would highly recommend this place.

Put This Rental at the Top of Your List

This vacation home couldn’t have been any better. The owners provided great information not only about the rental, but the area as well. Everything in the home was marked so you knew which switch went to what light, fan, where and when to take the trash and much, much more. The owners were extremely easy to work with and made the vacation much more pleasant not having to worry about our base camp. If you are thinking about renting in this area you should put this rental at the top of your list.

One of our best vacation rentals

The lake house was spectacular. I cannot find anything negative to say. It was clean. Well maintained. Beautifully furnished. Anything you needed they had in the house. The bed was very comfortable. That’s very unusual. We ate our meals at the house. The grill was great. All kitchen utensils you could imagine. No chipped cups. That irks me to no end. The deck overlooking the lake was so peaceful. We didn’t want to leave in the morning. We had perfect weather. The days were warm but the nights so cool. The house stayed so comfortable. Dealing with the owners was a delight. They were so helpful. You just can’t go wrong with this house. It was simply perfect.

Best vacation ever!!

Best vacation ever!! Duck Lake Vacation Rental

I have to say that this cabin was the best place we have ever rented! It truly felt like a home away from home. The cabin was immaculate and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the company of the neighbor’s dog. She even led us down the trail around the lake and greeted us whenever we returned to the cabin. This helped with missing our own dog. The location was so peaceful yet close to everything! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Montana and the Glacier area is by far our favorite destination.

Amazing and peaceful

Amazing and peaceful

We loved our stay. This place is so peaceful, is close to West Glacier and downtown, and has all the amenities you’ll need. We loved the bluetooth speaker hookup so we could listen to music. THe first day we were there the blender wasn’t working and by the time we got back from our hike a new one was already there. Great service, great people, cozy, inviting and well taken care of cabin. The back deck was probably our favorite. Having dinner out there and just watching the birds and the reflection of the trees off of the lake was serene! Loved it!

Wonderful! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Wonderful!

The lakefront cabin was absolutely perfect.
The location was close to Glacier National Park, close to the city for easy access to groceries and restaurants, while being secluded enough so it felt like we were really getting away.
The cabin itself is beautiful with the lake view deck being the highlight. It’s a wonderful place to grill, grab a drink, eat, and relax.
The cabin also had every amenity I could ask for and made for a very relaxing stay!

Serene Cabin

Serene Cabin

We stayed in this beautiful cabin setting in the woods by Duck Lake with another couple, and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and serenity. The cabin was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay, and was by far the most organized home we heve stayed. All cabinets, switches, and items were identified by clearly printed labels/stickers, with a place for everything, and everything in its place. The location was great – near to Columbia Falls and Glacier Park yet remotely located away from the hustle and bustle of city/park life. We highly recommend this cabin in the woods getaway for a relaxing vacation.

Marvelous!!

Marvelous!!

Our stay at the Duck Pond Cabin was spectacular! All the modern amenities plus more. The setting is peaceful and serene, yet close to any outdoor adventure that one may have planned, or “doing the town” scene with easy access to nearby night life in Whitefish or Kalispell. We even trucked up to Fernie, BC, about a 2 hour 1-way trip on a very scenic road. The cabin is well cared for, very clean and well stocked with necessities.

It was obvious that the owners took great care and pride in making sure their cabin met our expectations. We will definitely recommend this property to any of our relatives and friends planning a visit to Glacier National park.

Loved Duck Lake Rental!

Loved Duck Lake Rental!
Our family had a great time at the ‘Cabin in the woods’, it is literally just that, but in the best way possible. It is such a serene place that is nice and peaceful especially for those who are really looking forward to visiting Montana. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything that the drive to anywhere we needed to go was not awful, and most of the times pretty scenic! We enjoyed having a rental right in the middle of the great outdoors as that is why we go to Montana is to escape! When we were at the rental we spent a lot of time outside on the deck, did some grilling, but mostly just sitting there and letting it all sink in. Our daughter absolutely loved the outdoors of the cabins and enjoyed playing out there. We enjoyed everything about the cabin! Everything that was advertised was absolutely true, and there was some recent renovations done to the place as well that were wonderful. It was nice to go to a rental and not have to supply EVERYTHING you could ever possibly need, there were a lot of amenities that we were thankful for in this cabin. The owners were wonderful and by chance we were even lucky enough to meet the house keeper and her daughter, and they were delightful people as well. It was also very kid friendly, as I mentioned before, our daughter loved it there! All around our experience at this cabin could not have been better, everyone was happy with the choice to stay here! If you get the chance to stay here, I wouldn’t pass it up!

Very quiet, nicely furnished and well equipped vacation home on a small lake

Very quiet, nicely furnished and well equipped vacation home on a small lake
We (three adults) spent a week at the Duck Lake vacation home. Everything in the house worked well – the kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly want and the two bathrooms come with lots of towels, shampoo, tissue boxes, etc. The place is very comfortable and offers plenty of space. The owners provide well-written instructions for appliances and light switches. The house comes with all the appliances that one would expect in a regular home, including wireless internet and a small printer.
We also really enjoyed the fact that basic cooking supplies were available – oil, salt, sugar, pepper, etc. Previous renters had left two cans of bear spray – much appreciated! We took them on hikes but were glad to be able to put them back on the shelf unused.
The lake is rather small but makes a nice backdrop to the deck. There were remarkably few mosquitoes for late June! We watched birds on the lake, saw a few deer, and a small frog or toad that climbed on the deck every evening. The neighborhood dogs kept us company but were very well behaved and knew that they had to stay outside.
The back road to the West entrance to Glacier National Park was very convenient. A good grocery store is about 8 miles drive away; if you are looking for a more upscale restaurant, it’s a longer drive (about 30 minutes to Whitefish, a ski resort).
There are several homes built around the lake and the neighbors are quite close. However, the layout and design of the property are such that one feels very private inside the house and on the deck. Even though some of the neighbors were around, it was very quiet. There is quite an extensive trail system that one can access directly from the house. You can hike, run, or mountain bike, wildlife permitting.
Our email interactions with the owners were very positive. They are responsive, friendly, and clearly want to be helpful.
In summary, this is a very nice, quiet, and convenient place to stay if you want to explore Glacier National Park and the Flathead National Forest. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful Woodsy Cabin

Wonderful Woodsy Cabin
Our time at the wonderfully secluded yet convenient Duck Lake cabin near Columbia Falls, Montana was all we hoped it would be. The cabin is convenient to Whitefish, Glacier National Park, Kalispell and Flathead Lake. We enjoyed each of these areas on day trips, and came home to a comfortable, clean and very well organized “home away from home.” The cabin is well stocked with the basic supplies needed and the owners were eager to be helpful and were very thorough in their explanations of what to expect. A plus for our family were the two neighborhood dogs, a Golden Retriever and A Lab mix that welcomed us home each evening. It made it more homelike and we missed our own pets less:-) To quote one of the earlier guests who left a note in the book, “it was the best cabin ever!”

Amazing 25th Anniversary Trip

Amazing 25th Anniversary Trip
Our stay at the cabin was from 09.27-10.04.15. We chose to stay here for our 25th Anniversary trip to Glacier National Park. The cabin is lovely and the view of the lake is beautiful. They thought of everything that you would need to stay. We enjoyed being able to come to our “Glacier Home” every day after exploring the park. The cabin is on a lake with very quiet surroundings and we made 2 friends that came to visit us on a daily basis throughout our stay. They came to greet us either in the am or when we got back from our day. Wildlife on the lake included the harlequin ducks and a blue heron one afternoon/evening. Cabin is very near the West Entrance of GNP which is where we spent all of our days but 1. About the Park….Beautiful Scenery…mountains, lakes, waterfalls, streams and lots of wildlife….Grizzlies, black bears, eagles, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, eagles, moose, and even a wolverine on hidden lake trail. Hiked Hidden Lake, Iceberg Lake, Avalanche Lake, John’s Run trails and seen some sort of wildlife each time. Driving the Going to the Sun Road is a must. Met lots of fellow hikers on the trails to share memories with. Went to the National Bison Range 1 day. About an hour or so away. Went to photograph bison and pronghorn and the range is wonderful. 19 mile road you can drive through and view the wildlife on the range. Thank You to Roger and Romany for opening up their home and allowing us to have a home for a week during our visit. We brought home lots of pictures, videos and memories to cherish and to share.

Wow!

Wow!

The Red Bus tours are one of the most popular ways of getting an overall view of Glacier National Park. According to our Red Bus driver, “Wow” is the most common word used within the park as visitors take in the unbelievable scenery. “Wow” is also an appropriate description of the comfort, cleanliness, amenties and location any guest will experience in this beautiful Cabin in the Woods just 10-15 minutes from the West Glacier entrance to the park. We spent a week exploring the area and hiking the park. (Don’t miss Montana Coffee Traders in Columbia Falls for breakfast, the Montana Shop in Apgar Village, or any program by Jack Gladstone within the park.) Every night we looked forward to returning to the cabin for a cozy and relaxing evening. We have rented multiple excellent properies through HomeAway, but this cabin was by far the best. The owners were terrific to work with. All of the information and maps about the cabin and the location were spot on. We plan to return to Glacier National Park and could not imagine staying anywhere else. The day we returned home I recommended this cabin to my next door neighbor for his GNP trip next year. Wow!

We stayed in this cabin for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. We spent the days exploring Glacier National Park and the evenings at the cabin. The cabin is well equipped and every detail has been attended to. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, the grocery store is quite close. Unfortunately it was a smoky week in Montana. It was wonderful to have a refuge to come back to at the end of the day. Thanks for making our stay great!

Lovely and serene, a place to enjoy the silence
We rented this gem of a cabin for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. We have two teenaged children and the TV didn’t even get turned on once. We spent the days exploring Glacier National Park and the evenings at the cabin. Two friendly dogs came to visit us every time we drove up. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, the grocery store is quite close. My favorite thing about this cabin is that it is very private and seems secluded, but it’s close to everything. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to Montana! Thanks for making our stay great!

This was the best [vacation rental by owner] property we have ever rented. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the absolute cleanliness of the place, a big concern for me when I travel. It’s spacious, well stocked and just remote enough to give you that wilderness feeling. Within 10 min. You are in town and GNP is a short, pretty drive. Wonderful cabin in the Glacier National Park area

Wonderful cabin in the Glacier National Park area
The cabin was better than we expected. It was clean and well maintained. The owners went extra lengths to ensure user instructions were posted on all of the switches and appliances. It made it very easy to use everything that we needed. The location is convenient to Glacier, Columbia Falls and Whitefish. We mainly used the local grocery store and cooked our own meals. I think the best part was having Millie, the neighborhood golden retriever, visit in the morning and afternoons. What a charming dog. We did not encounter any problems that required us to contact the owners. Our damage deposit was return promptly after our visit. My wife and I were the only occupants. However, I could see having another couple or our kids join us. Definite thumbs up on this property.

We highly recommend this vacation home

We highly recommend this vacation home
We have found several great places to stay on [vacation rental by owner websites] and this “Cabin in the Woods” is no exception. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a wonderful deck overlooking the small lake. After a day of exploring Glacier National Park it was great to sit out on the deck and watch hummingbirds feeding and ducks on the lake. As evenings cooled we enjoyed having fires in the deck’s fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook nice meals. The neighbor’s dogs, Rossi and Millie often hung out with us on the deck. They were very well behaved and delightful company – never tried to go into the house when the doors were open. If they visit you and you don’t want them around just send them home. It was easy and fast to get to Glacier via the back road directions provided us by the owners. We highly recommend this vacation home and believe you will not be disappointed if your stay there.

Awesome place to stay

Awesome place to stay

This cabin is wonderful! Well maintained inside & out and with attention to the minutest detail for our comfort and needs. More importantly, the owners are excellent people, great to deal with. My family and I have gone to Glacier 4 times prior to this trip and this time, we wanted to stay in the NEast side. We made the mistake of renting this place thinking it overlooked Duck Lake — the one in Babb. And when the owners realized it, they were accommodating and worked with us and even helped us find alternate places to stay since it was less than a month before our trip when we realized our error. We ended up staying at the cabin anyway but cutting our stay by a few days as we had found last minute alternate accommodations in Babb. We do a lot of hiking and for this trip, we wanted to concentrate on the NEastern side, and it is really quite a schlep to stay in this cabin if you want to be in that part of the park most of the time. But that was the deal with us, for this trip. If your needs are different and you want to be in town too (close to Kalispell and Whitefish) and have West Glacier right next door to you, then this cabin would do so much to enhance your vacation, even with the distance to the other side of Glacier. This is truly a great place to stay and I cannot say enough good things about it and the owners.

Very impressive rental. Absolutely wonderful!
This was by far my favorite rental to date. Very up to date, clean and spacious! All the amenities of home. Very close to Glacier National Park, yet a very quiet, relaxing and comfortable home to get away to after a day of hiking, sightseeing and even a helicopter ride. Absolutely loved everything about this rental and wouldn’t change a thing. So glad I found this rental instead of renting a condo or hotel room.

Thrilled with the cabin in the woods!

Thrilled with the cabin in the woods!
I felt like I had been to the cabin before the first time I walked in because I had looked at the pics online so much (i.e., the pics and the description in the listing are very accurate). If anything, the cabin is even better in person! It was clean, pristine, it has everything you could possibly want, and everything is organized so well and labeled, it’s easy to find. The place is SO adorable and very comfortable and homey, and the location was perfect. The airport, grocery stores, Glacier National Park, and other area attractions are very accessible, but it’s also a nice, quiet location. I felt sad when it was time to leave! I was a little nervous because I had never done a vacation rental like this before, but right from the start, the owner’s were very responsive and very helpful, and they stayed that way through to the very end. I cannot rave enough about this cabin and I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to the area. I hope to come back some day and rent the cabin again!

This rental was a relaxing and beautiful location. We are very familiar with the Columbia Falls area would highly recommend this rental for people looking to be out of town but still within 20 minutes of things like Starbucks and Walmart. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking at home and had all of the amenities. I would reiterate that this is not a cabin for young children, but since this trip was just my husband and I, we did not have those concerns. Our only regret- glacier was closed due to the government shutdown, but despite that, there is still a lot to do.

Hi Roger and Romany

We had a great stay at your cabin in Oct 2012. Your impeccably maintained home on a picturesque lake in the woods has all the modern technology and comforts of my home – and everything was is 1st class condition. Your detailed and easy to follow directions for getting to the cabin, and what to do once we got there, made it easy for us to feel right at home. All of my high exceptions for a nice “cabin” in the woods were exceeded. Access to GNP was fabulous by using any of the nearby entrances of Camas Creek, Polebridge, or West Glacier (via Blankenship cut-off). We (Two adult couples) spent eight days at this wonderful cabin. Beautifully located on a pond, surrounded by pines and aspens, it was the perfect location to return to every evening after very busy and strenuous days. The kitchen was filled with every item needed to make great homemade meals, the bedrooms large and comfortable, and the washer/dryer combo was especially appreciated! The cabin is semi-isolated, yet within a few miles of a winery, the entrance to Glacier National Park, and several restaurants. Columbia Falls and Whitefish are close by making a run to the store a breeze. We can only hope to make a return trip within the next few years, and if so, this cabin will be our home away from home once again.

We stayed here 8 nights and wished it had been longer. This place far exceeds the photos or descriptions of the property. The furniture is comfortable with a great outdoor deck for BBQ or a glass of wine. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well stocked. Romany went the extra mile for any request we had, including buying a bird field guide. They even furnish walking sticks. This is a great base place for exploring Glacier. You can be there in 20 minutes going the back way and the surrounding woods are beautiful. This by far was our favorite VRBO we have rented on our one month trip. The whole place exudes relaxation! You are in the wilderness and yet only 15 minutes from Columbia Falls to purchase your necessities. The cabin has every amenity you could want including a printer and internet hookup. There was even a cannister of bear spray on the counter which we carried on our hikes but never needed. Every room was immaculate with many extras for guests’ use. We spent a week in this wonderful cabin on the lake. It was a very private and quiet setting. The cabin was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We cooked in, (or grilled) most nights using a well equipment-stocked kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the washer/dryer came in quite handy after a day’s worth of hiking. Very close to Glacier National Park (do the Grinnell Glacier hike!) and an easy drive to Whitefish. The pictures of the cabin are an accurate portrayal, but can’t convey the absolute coziness of the place. We knew we were in for a great experience before we even arrived due to the helpfulness and attentiveness of the owners and their thorough and timely communication. We were so impressed!

Awesome cabin for R&R!!
My husband and I absolutely loved this cabin. It was exactly as described and more. Very comfortable, clean and accomodating in every way. We enjoyed our time riding through Glacier Park and Many Glacier. We also paid a visit to Bigfork – a very lovely town and the restaurant “Pocketstone” was very good. We also bought cherries from Bigfork cherry orchard. We also enjoyed in Columbia Falls the restaurant Nite Owl…their breakfast was good and broasted chicken for lunch or dinner was too. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife and the scenary was undescribably beautiful. At this time, we plan to return next year! We would highly recommend this cabin and it’s area to friends and family!

Cozy cottage Close to Everything

Cozy cottage Close to Everything
My husband and selected this lovely cabin as a base of operation for out 30th anniversary trip. We could not have been more pleased with the cabin and all it has to offer. The pictures do not do it justice as they can’t relay the warmth and charm we felt while staying there. The cabin is located on a small lake and though there are other cabins surrounding the it, we honestly never heard any noise and rarely saw anyone. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the family did everything to make us feel at home in their place. I loved the maps and other info you made readily available. The Blankenship cutoff to Glacier N.P. was genius! That probably saved us a couple hours over the course of our stay. We dined all over the area from Big Fork to Whitefish and really didn’t go wrong. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Buffalo Grill in Whitefish and the guacamole at Columbia Falls Los Caporales was some of the best I have eaten. Should my travels ever find me headed back to Glacier National Park I will definitely head back to this charming “cabin in the woods.”

Glacier Getaway

Glacier Getaway
My wife and I stayed 6 nights at the cabin on Duck Lake. The listing and pictures do a good job of describing the property. The cabin was everything we could have asked for. It was clean, had everything we needed for cooking, and the bed was comfortable. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the wildlife on the lake. For the bird lovers, we saw grebes, hummingbirds, red-naped sapsuckers, and vireos. There is a TV in the cabin but we didn’t turn it on. The internet connection was great for researching what to do in the park. We used the grill every night. Be sure to stop at Perfect Cuts Meats in Columbia Falls to pick up some flat iron steaks for the grill. The short cut over to West Glacier made it a short trip to get to the park entrance.

Wonderful and Comfortable Cabin – Perfect Place to Stay when Visiting the Glacier

Wonderful and Comfortable Cabin - Perfect Place to Stay when Visiting the Glacier

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. We cooked/grilled out most of the week we stayed in the cabin – the kitchen had everything we needed – even an array of spices. We enjoyed a fire in the chiminea each night as we relaxed on the deck enjoying the solitude. We took the back roads into West Glacier (map/directions provided in cabin) which saved time plus allowed us to enjoy the landscape (even saw a baby black bear along the way one day). Short drive from Columbia Falls for when we needed groceries or other items. We plan on returning to this area and the cabin next summer.

A really beautiful cabin and a perfect base for Glacier NP

A really beautiful cabin and a perfect base for Glacier NP

We spent 10 days here and would have loved to have stayed longer. The cabin is stylish, immaculate and beautifully fitted out – the photos are good but the cabin is better. The loft has the most comfortable bed you can imagine. The view over the lake is wonderful, whatever the weather, and we had closeup views of the three resident beavers every evening. From the deck we also saw squirrels, chipmunks, muskrats, bald eagles, ospreys, woodpeckers, sandpipers, a loon and many other birds. There is great access to Glacier – from the cabin there’s a “back route” in by the Camas Highway, and the drive up the North Fork to Polebridge is beautiful. Yet you are only a short drive from Columbia Falls and Whitefish. Romany took care of everything for us and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Romany – hope to come back one day!

Wonderful vacation spot in the woods

Wonderful vacation spot in the woods
My husband and I chose this rental house after researching rentals for weeks. We are very glad we did. We spent 10 days in bear country and loved it! The home was immaculate and very well kept. The home office with the ethernet hook-up was very nice as we could stay in touch with home but still enjoy our vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the basic items needed to cook. The proximity of the home to all of the major attractions was convenient. We were only a short drive away from Glacier Park and from Columbia Falls. We hiked many days and spent many hours riding the going to the sun road. We did the zip line and saw moose, bear, mountain goat and sheep. We hope to be able to come back to Montana in a few years; if we do we would love to stay at this home again.

Recent Stay at Duck Lake Cabin – August, 2010

Recent Stay at Duck Lake Cabin - August, 2010
My wife and I recently stayed 4 nights at the Duck Lake cabin. We had a wonderful experience that exceeded all of our expectations. In fact, the website pictures really don’t do the property justice. The cabin is modern, clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful view of the lake that provided beautiful scenery, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area is quiet, wooded and yet only 10-15 minutes from Columbia Falls. Further, it’s in a great location for access to Whitefish, Kalispell and Glacier National Park. In summary, we highly recommend this property. Many thanks for the Norris family for sharing this property with others and handling the the whole rental experience in a professional and caring manner.

Highly delighted UK travellers

Highly delighted UK travellers
We stayed at this wonderful cabin at Duck Lake in June 2010. The house was immaculatly clean, well equipped with everything you could possibily need. The barbeque was spotless. The house had a great deck with very comfortable deck furniture to be able to relax and watch the resident beavers play in the lake. The back road into West Glacier is easy to navigate and cuts the driving time in half. Plenty of good grocery stores in Columbia Falls, 20 minutes from the home. The listing description was exactly as stated, with all photos accurately shown on the web site. Romany and Roger were a pleasure to deal with, especially as we live in the UK. We would definately recommend this property for anyone who wishes to visit Glacier National Park or Whitefish Lake area. Mike & Sue

We highly recommend you stay at this property

We highly recommend you stay at this property
My husband and I found the “cabin” extremely nice. Furnishings were all very nice, the King bed in the loft was especially comfortable, kitchen was nicely equiped and with quality items. It was also exceptionally clean and very new feeling. It was a perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Glacier and surrounding areas. The entire area was very peaceful and there was often wildlife on the lake of which the deck overlooked. Mallard ducks, loons and beaver were regularly seen. I had asked the owners if there was a printer available and at the time there was not but they quickly ordered one and had it there for our use when we arrived. This was not necessary, however it just goes to show how attentive they are to their clients. The Glacier area is fantastic, our memories may fade but we will never forget this trip. The cabin, our home away from home, made it that much more special. We highly recommend you stay at this property.

We recommend this home with no hesitations!

We recommend this home with no hesitations!
We were originally going to stay at the Belton Chalet, but my husband visited this website and found this lovely home for just a few dollars more. We loved the pond in the back and saw not only a tiny beaver, but one that was full grown and about 5 feet long! He was eating lily pads!! The couches were SO comfortable. You just sink down in them! A very nice touch was a shoulder/back massager I found under the sink in the bathroom. I came home and ordered one! It was ideal to have after rafting and hiking! We ate left overs one night from dining out and while preparing those or fixing breakfast, I could look out over the pond. We really enjoyed the double doors in the den to be open as well, to let in the fresh air and allow a clear view of the pond’s activity. The best was simply the “quiet”. We commented to each other had we been at a hotel, there could be no telling who could have been beside or above us to disturb the absolute peace we were enjoying! We recommend this home with no hesitations!

I highly recommend this property

I highly recommend this property
We recently stayed one week at this property. The cabin, its location and the amentities were excellent. The cabin overlooks a small lake, with a large patio/deck to sit on and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet. There is high speed internet and direct TV provided. Nearly everything is new in the cabin, including an outside BBQ grill. I highly recommend this property. It is ideally locate near Colombia Fall, Kalispell, Whitefish, and most of all Galcier National Park. I only wish we would have had more time to stay. I definately intend on returning.
